Cindy Mark gave me similar houses that were listed or recently sold to determine my asking price. She didn't pressure me into listing my house higher or lower than I wanted. She gave me feedback on what potential buyers were saying, and I was able to make adjustments from there to sell my house more quickly than I otherwise would have. Cindy would get back to me in the same day, often within the same hour or so, and have e-mails ready within the day or the next day. I highly recommend Cindy Mark to be your realtor!
