I was serious about selling my home, but not in a hurry to sell. I received a post card from Cindy stating that she sold a home in my area. I was going to interview 3 realtors before choosing one. I spoke to only Cindy and knew she was the one. She did not pressure me to sell right away but gave me the current market info and I decided to move forward. She made a few suggestions for staging, posted very professional photos of my property and we pressed go! Any questions I had were quickly addressed and she was always very reassuring as we went through the process. The offers flew in very quickly and she took the time to review each one before I accepted the one for me. Her assistant Bri was excellent to work with and very responsive as well. I was very happy with Cindy as my realtor and highly recommend her as a realtor.

Cindy is truly the best person to work with when looking for a home. I didn't know anything about the process so I asked A LOT of questions that were borderline "dumb questions." Cindy never made me feel like any question was a dumb question and she always gave great detail in explaining things. Cindy is straight forward and a go-getter, she will do everything she can to get you what you need including things you didn't even know you needed. She 'had my back' so to speak. She really cared about me and not just selling me a house. We went to look at one house and when I wasn't sure what to do, we sat down on the bench and she simply asked me, "can you see your family here? If not, then we need to keep looking." There were also times when I would start to feel like buying an older house would be too much work but she had a way of making me feel calm and giving me simple, cheap ideas of fixing the place up. Cindy is truly a wonderful woman and great to work with. My words do not do her justice, you have to see for yourself!
