About Cindy

Cindy is a licensed REALTOR® in South Carolina and Georgia who traded Florida sunshine for Aiken charm in 2017—and hasn’t looked back since. After visiting in 2016, she fell so hard for the area that she packed up, moved in, and started helping others do the same. Before real estate, Cindy spent 11 years as a retail manager, mastering the art of customer service, multitasking, and keeping her sense of humor intact. (Which, trust us, comes in handy in real estate too.) She lives by the motto “laughter is the best medicine”—and she delivers it daily. Since joining the Aiken Homes Team in 2017, Cindy has been the organizational wizard behind the scenes, making sure every “i” is dotted, every “t” is crossed, and every client and team member is supported. In 2024, she added even more sparkle to her resume by earning her Certified Real Estate Team Specialist [C-RETS] certification and NAR’s Commitment to Excellence [C2EX] endorsement. When she’s not juggling contracts and coordinating chaos with a smile, you can usually find Cindy surrounded by pets. If there’s fur, feathers, or paws nearby—you’ve probably found her too.
