Cindy was very thorough in her market analysis. She was friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. She had 2 open houses. We chose to sell in a very tough holiday period. There was not a lot of activity in the market. With Cindy’s advice, we decided to take a small decrease in our asking price, and that’s what we needed to get the house sold.
