I have purchased over 50 houses and pieces of property over the past 40 years. No agent has ever demonstrated Cindy's knowledge of general real estate procedures and local norms and practices. Cindy Lee started off by telling me to let go of my choice for financing as se said they may dump you at the last minute. This was valuable knowledge as my credit picture could be stronger. Then she expertly came in and prepared my house for showing. I love my 40s drapery but Cindy Lee told me to install blinds as drapery is dated. Another good piece of advice. It was a contingency deal, a complicating factor which did not daunt Cindy Lee. I am now living in my dream home thanks to Cindy Lee's hard work and experience!
We bought our house with Cindy Lee 4 years ago, a random match on a Sunday afternoon when we made an inquiry and she happened to be on duty that day. She must have shown us 45 properties before we figured out the right one, then she handled the negotiation perfectly.
