Cindy brings a wealth of experience to Coldwell Banker. A graduate of Stanford University, Cindy also received her MPH and MBA from the UC Berkeley Graduate School of Business. With an extensive background in financial consulting, Cindy’s
business acumen and negotiating skills come in handy for her clients. As an owner of several multi-family residential income
properties in Sacramento over the years, Cindy also has plenty of experience in property management.
Cindy has always been involved in her local community. She received the prestigious "Orchid Award" from the East
Sacramento Improvement Association for developing the popular East Sac Children's Park on the corner of Folsom Blvd. and
42nd Street. Cindy was also honored by the Chamber of Commerce as Volunteer of the Year in 2018 for chairing the park
rebuild effort which raised $150,000 in private donations for new play equipment, tables, benches and a shade structure.
Cindy also achieved Master's Club in the Sacramento Association of Realtors in 2018 for sales in excess of $5,000,000. In
addition, Coldwell Banker honored her with the International Sterling Award for her outstanding sales.
