We were visiting the Port Charlotte area to get familiar with the different subdivisions and the area in general. We spent several days visiting and calling on different vacant lots and houses. Cindy was the only agent who returned our calls. We asked her to put us on an email list with properties that would meet our criteria. She did so and we began receiving lists of available properties immediately. Cindy was very patient in answering any of our questions and taking steps to find out information that she didn't already have. Cindy knew going into working with us that we weren't necessarily in a hurry to buy and that this could be a lengthy process. She was great thru the entire thing. It turned out that we bought a vacant lot fairly quickly. Cindy was great thru the title/closing process and actually re-wrote some things in the purchase agreement to give us additional protections. We are not finished in the Port Charlotte area and will continue to use Cindy when we can.

I felt Cindy was very easy to work with and always made it a point to return my phone calls in a reasonable amount of time. She was available from the start of the sale until after the closing. Her Knowledge of the local community was a plus and she was more than willing to share it with potential buyers. I had Cindy sell a few lots for me and enjoyed her professionalism and availability when I had a question.

Cindy made the sale of our house and the purchase of our new home very easy. Very informative and excellent on finding what we wanted and needed. She is the best realtor out there.
