Cindy was there for our inspection on our new house (was an estate sale) which was 90 miles away. She asked the right questions to make sure we weren't making the wrong move. Cindy helped us put the contract on the new house. Cindy said our house in Springboro would sell quickly and it did, 2 hours.) When we went to closing on the new house the realtor didn't arrange for a title company to be present so Cindy arranged for a title company to close us. She thought ahead and made sure everything would go without a hitch. This was our 4th house we have used her as our agent. Absolutely love her work and ethics!
