Cindy King made the process of selling my parent's home as easy and simple as it could be during a very difficult time. First and foremost, she is very knowledgeable of the real estate market and very professional. She took care of everything...from giving me a realistic expectation of the selling price, posting the home online, and advertising the property. Cindy always responded promptly with any questions I had and updated me timely as offers started coming in. She was able to recommend someone to help us prepare the house for showing, taking a significant burden off my husband and myself as we both were navigating the process while working full time and working to close out the estate.
