Cindy helped us find this property 4 years ago and was quite helpful in the purchasing process. She helped us find something that met our needs and plans to resell the property in a few years. The home is not a primary residence and we were not from the area, so her knowledge of the area was valuable. Cindy is fabulous with communicating with her clients. She let us know every step of the way what was happening. We knew about every showing(including feedback from possible buyers), inspection, documents that were emailed, etc. Because we live almost 2 hours away from the property and the property was vacant, Cindy went above and beyond and took care of being at the house as needed for showings, inspections, etc. She took time to pay attention to many details and communicated that with us, for example, she opened up curtains to add light to the home before showings.
