So, from beginning to end Cindy was very professional, extremely knowledgeable, very compassionate & amazing to work with. Cindy knows her stuff from marketing to what buyers are looking for and what repairs/upgrades were worth the time & expense to ultimately get the most $$ possible in the sale of my family home. home. She communicated with us both timely & clearly throughout the entire process. She even put her painting & gardening clothes on and stained cabinets & did landscaping to help up get everything done. When it was time to sign paperwork, she sat down with me and walked me through everything step by step making sure I understood exactly what I was signing. Cindy knew selling my childhood home was very difficult for me. My mom passed away and because she owed an outrageous amount of money on a reverse mortgage, there was no way I could afford to buy.the house. Cindy let me keep the little things that were important to me, just made them look nicer and marketed it so that she found the perfect buyers for it.
