Cindy is The Best

This was our second time working with Cindy, and both times she has been an absolute joy to work with. A few years ago she helped us find our first starter home, and now she has helped us sell that home and find what may be our forever home. Both times she has shown incredible range to understand our unique needs and what we are looking for in our home - she has an ability to pinpoint the root of what we're looking for and find houses that match that quickly. For selling our home, Cindy was able to adeptly navigate a nebulous transitioning market and find the right price to motivate buyers and keep our move going smoothly. She was a huge help with finding the right staging for our home, and provided professional pictures as well, that made our house look great and will be a treasure for us to remember our previous house for years to come. On both sides of the housing transaction, Cindy is a super-communicator, always available to answer our questions and hunt down others who can, and proactively making sure that everything is staying on track.
