Cindy was most helpful in helping me get my old house ready to sale, ideas and contractor assistance. While this house was being worked on she assisted me in finding my present house and negotiated a fair price and was great in getting the owners to cover the cleaning and painting cost that was necessary before anyone could live in the house. She was very patient and encouraging me through the selling and buying process. Both went very smoothly and in a timely fashion. Would highly recommend her to anyone for assistance in buying and selling a house
