Jay listed our house on a Tuesday evening & brought us an offer the next morning! His attention & advice until closing was constant and compassionate, especially considering that the period in between accepting the offer and closing included Hurricane Florence!! With all the negotiations, inspections, appraisals, re-inspections after the storm, etc., we never felt there was an unaddressed issue or unanswered question. He went above and beyond with personal handling of after-storm clean up and support. Even with the timing of the storm, we were able to close just two weeks after the originally scheduled date. We feel this was only possible because of Jay's experience in handling any issue that might arise in the sale of property. We have felt so blessed to have made the connection to have Jay as our sales agent. We would highly recommend him!
