Cindy is the best Realtor I've ever encountered, and I've known many since I am a real estate appraiser. She is extremely knowledgeable about the market and understands the needs of her client and the other parties involved in the transaction. She is a calming and steadying influence when things go sideways (common in real estate). She is proactive and frequently follows up on things that should be done by the other agent but aren't.
