Cindy Hettchen was very personable and pleasant to be around.

We thought Cindy was a great realtor. She always got back to us very quickly and made us feel like the things we were worried about truly mattered to her. She’s the kind of realtor who goes out of her way to help you, not just someone trying to sell you a house. She even let us borrow a ladder on the day we were settling so we could resolve a last-minute issue at the house. We’d highly recommend her. She was a calming, reassuring presence throughout the entire experience, and she helped us find a wonderful home where we plan to be happy for many years to come. She’s a great person to know and it’s a little sad that the process is over and we won’t be able to see her as often. But I’m sure we will stay in touch. If we are ever planning on buying or selling a property again I know we will both highly consider her. I also wanted to include that we are a younger couple and she always went out of her way to let us know that she would do everything she could to help us understand the process. She absolutely did, I’d recommend her if you are nervous about finding a realtor or have never gone through the process before.
