She's experienced, professional, and has great procedures in place. Her team members are well trained and great to work with. She let us know the steps at each stage of the process, so we knew what to expect - - - pre-sale/staging, showing, offers, and closing. She took the time to listen to what was important to us and offered suggestions, but was never pushy. We would happily work with her again.
