It took a while for me to finally get time to write this. But my husband and I were first time home buyers, and 3 months after buying our first home we are still so grateful for Cindy's help. First of all, I was pregnant with my second child and we have been looking on apps and browsing for about a year, so we knew what we wanted. Once we got pre-approval she was referred to us through Veterans United Home loans (highly recommend them as well if military). We already knew we needed to act fast in this market and needed someone to keep up. Cindy wasn't even "officially" interviewed by us as we had a couple realtors we wanted to meet first. BUT we immediately found a house we loved that just came ok the market....and typed up an offer letter before seeing the house. house. She, with 1 days notice, arranged to show the house and jump right in. We did indeed love the house when viewing it, made offer with her guidance, and got accepted that day! Throughout the paperwork process she was "on it" with everything being completed in a timely manner and being available with any questions (even while we were on a 7 day cruise). We closed in less than a month and still so happy with I how it all went..(yes there was alot of luck involved as well)! Thank you again Cindy!!
