It's been a little over 6 months since the sale of my Eden Prairie Townhome and I'm still excited about it! Why? Well, I've been watching the SOLD's and I know for a fact that I got top dollar for my townhome. How did I get TOP DOLLAR$$$? I received excellent advice from the WELU team and I followed it to the letter. It was much easier than I thought (and less expensive) to get my townhouse ready for Sale - I followed my agents suggestions and did not allow myself to get overwhelmed. I was thinking about why this went so well so I could help anyone considering WELU decide if they were right for the sale of your home and here's what I came up with. 1) I followed the suggestions made by my agent 2) WELU has all the Vendors you need to hire at their finger tips (Painter, HVAC, Handyman) 3) I acted and secured the Vendors immediately (the market is hot - right? Do it now!) 4) WELU put my wishes first! (I wanted a wonderful family to buy my house, Top Dollar$$$, closing on my time line, and no surprises!) 5) Circle back to #1 - I did what the professionals suggested! My home went on the market on a Thursday afternoon and was under contract for full asking price and closing on my time schedule (I was heading to Europe for a couple of weeks) within 72 hours! The tough part of selling my home was the décor. I have very strong (not midwestern) taste in color, art and décor. I was worried that buyers would not like my style and that I needed to have everything painted and new flooring - you know the drill. My agent (Beth) assured me that it wasn't necessary and if I did a little paint repair, and a few other things I'd be just fine - she was right. I give WELU a 5 STAR rating for providing the guidance and expertise I needed to sell my beautiful home. They couldn't actually pick the family who purchased my home but the Universe handled that perfectly. There's another beautiful young family enjoying the best view in the Village and amazing neighbors.
Cindy's assistant Allie was very helpful and responsive to queries at every stage of the process. The entire team was very professional, and the photos that were taken were superb.
We have again been blessed with a wonderful experience with the Welu team. We had a very aggressive timeline to sell our home due to relocation and Beth Peterson Randall was wonderful to work with. She helped us sell our house extremely quickly. We had an offer the second day on the market and were able to close within a very short period.
