Cindy facilitated a smooth first time home buying process for us from day one. We were total rookies to the game and she walked us through every step. Even when there were issues that were out of our control that arose at several stages of the process, Cindy worked diligently to get these issues resolved efficiently and in a manner that was the best possible outcome for us. We felt like there were so many hurdles, but every one of them worked out in the end, thanks to Cindy. She is not only an experienced and professional realtor, she is also just a really nice person which made her pleasant to work with.

We used Cindy as our buyer's agent for the house we purchased in May. I would highly recommend Cindy to any buyers in the area looking for an agent to represent them. You will not go wrong in choosing such a thorough, thoughtful agent. She is wonderful for many reasons, but I'll start with the most important: Cindy does not ever push you to make a decision on your home purchase! She is not one of those real estate agents who will try to coerce you into buying a house that you don't want. Every step of the way, she lets you know that you have a choice, and she does not judge or get frustrated if you feel it's not appropriate to move forward. Cindy was thoughtful about our wants, realistic about our price range, and willing to work with my schedule to view any of the houses we were interested in. She gives honest feedback about any pros and cons she might see in a house. Cindy is very thorough in the purchase contract. She makes sure to have all proper contingencies in place for the buyer's protection. Cindy will also help to negotiate on our behalf. During our inspection we found some issues with the house, and voiced our concerns with Cindy. She was very open and honest about our options, and careful not to push her opinion on us in making a decision. We decided to buy the house even with the items that came up during inspection, and Cindy worked with the seller's agent to get us a $4500 credit on the purchase.
