Cindy Griesbach

Cindy Griesbach was my agent of choice to find a new home, and sell my existing home. She listened to what I needed and brought to focus only homes that met that need. I was looking at homes some distance away and didn't want to waste travel time on something that didn't meet my needs. Cindy ensured that we looked only at homes that met those needs. Cindy proved herself as an agent selling my home. There were years of "memories" in the house and it was no small task to move those memories along. I fell short getting the house prepared, and Cindy stepped up in ways I could have never thought possible from a Real Estate agent. She boxed and organized to get away from the "Lived-In" look, to what was needed to present the home in it's best light. She accomplished this magnificently! She made sure that anything that could be a concern on an inspection was remedied. She was able to enlist top-rated contractors to which I couldn't access in the time permitted. Exceptional! Cindy was entirely professional during the whole process. There was plenty of opportunity for her to depart from this, but she shone brightly. I would rate Cindy Griesbach 10 of 10.

Working with Cindy was a wonderful experience. She was so helpful all along the way. Cindy really goes above and beyond to insure that you will have a stress free experience. She is very knowledgeable and professional. And also friendly and fun to work with. And she’s not high pressure, which I appreciated very much.
