She handled everything on a rental home sale for us, stood up for us with tricky negotiations & got us more money than we expected. Cindy has also been extremely helpful in looking for homes for other family members with very specific preferences. She's personable & attentive, honest & smart, makes sure all the t's are crossed & the i's dotted to get you the deal you want whether it's buying or selling a home.
