Cindy Geiser is a great real estate agent. She helped me sell my half-plex in April. She gave me advice on what I needed to do to list my home as well as what would be a good listing price. She did an open house four days after listing and that helped get an offer and move the property into escrow six days after listing. Cindy is very timely about getting paperwork to her clients and making sure that everything gets signed. She helped me find contractors/services to make the necessary modifications and repairs in order to close escrow. Cindy has a lot of experience with properties in the greater Sacramento area and was able to answer any questions that I had and address any concerns that I had. The half-plex appraised very close to what she had me list the property for, so she knows the market well and went through the comparables well. She even came by with her husband to help me modify one of the doors so the appraisal would go through.
