Cindy was wonderful!!

Cindy actually listened to us when we told her what we were looking for. We had specific areas and home type we were interested in and she sent us information about homes with our criteria. She kept in constant contact with us since we were on the West coast trying to sell a home there and buy one here. She got us information about the area when we bought our home.Electric service, waste service, drivers license and tag info,etc. The home we purchased was not on the market yet but Cindy saw the "For Sale by Owner" sign that had just been put up, when she was meeting us to show another house in that neighborhood. She knew this house would be perfect for us! And it is! It was an absolute pleasure working with Cindy!! To anyone wanting to buy a home in the Jacksonville area Cindy should be the person you choose.
