My experience with Cindy Forlenzo as my realtor for the sale of my home at 165 Country Club Rd was truly amazing. During these stressful times for me, she made all the worries and troubles seem to disappear. From lining up the photographer to helping stage the house for pictures she was truly unbelievable. She set up all showings with the utmost of care for my property make sure buyers were prequalified, removing shoes in the house and treating everything like it was her own. She also gave me advice when and where needed to help me get the most positive results where it counted. Cindy is extremely nice and easy to talk to and deal with. She was right on point with all documents needed to help make the transition as smooth as possible, and to make sure everything happened exactly the way it was supposed to on time. Cindy is the most professional real estate agent I’ve ever dealt with and will only deal with her again if needed. A true professional in her field. Cindy helped my husband and I sell our home for way more than what we ever thought we could get! We trusted her with calculating an appropriate listing price and our home sold for over asking within 2 days! She was extremely professional… and knowledgeable about the housing market. We also used her to buy our new home and she was always sending us houses to look at through email and constantly updating us on homes coming soon. Although we were looking in a town farther away from her home base in Cheshire, she was always willing to travel with us in order to find our forever home, and luckily with her help, we did!
