Our work with Mark Fazzini was beyond our expectations. Not only did he represent us in a fully professional way, he also went out of his way to help us wth sudden situations which we had difficulty dealing with since we were not living in the town where our house was located, but 3000 miles away! We would have had to either fly back to Florida or find someone on the internet whom we didn't even know to deal with the problem. In several instances, when we needed someone who could go to the house and see firsthand what was happening, he was willing to do it. The coverage his real estate firm had was all-encompassing with professionally done aerial photos, still pics, open houses, etc. and negotiating skills which he regularly used, all the while keeping us updated. He even found an estate sale resource for us. And, he did it with a gentle but resolute demeanor, upbeat attitude, and friendly smile. Truly, it was a pleasure to work with Mark and his capable and dependable staff. We recommend them wholeheartedly!
