She pointed out the things we would need to take care of before the sale. Actually, it was only recaulking around the crown molding. When we had questions, they were answered immediately and she never made us feel like we were in a inconvenience. She had an excellent spreadsheet worked out so that it was extremely easy to compare the offers that we had on our house. She also helped with the decision by answering questions regarding the offers that required financing.
