We feel so fortunate to have found Cindy in our search for a new home in the south Denver area. Our relationship spanned over a year and through that time she helped us get adjusted to a new state. Moving to Colorado was both enticing but also a little terrifying because everything was unfamiliar. Our goal was to live here for a year in rental to see if it was a good fit and then decide on whether or not to purchase a home. Cindy exceeded our expectations in finding a wonderful rental for us and sharing the ins and outs of the surrounding area. When I first met Cindy, she made it clear to me that she was with us on our journey to find our forever home...however long it took. I was a bit skeptical because I can be a bit stubborn and picky. Cindy was very patient with us, we had a list of wants for our new home that almost seemed impossible to obtain in the current real estate market. She was consistent and persistent. When I was ready to start giving up on the wants for our home, Cindy was adamite about not, she asked me to be patient. She negotiated the best deal for us, walked with us through the entire process, and we closed in 10 working days. We are now moved in, and loving our new home. If it wasn't for Cindy's persistence on waiting for what we want, we may be in a home that we are not 100% happy with. Cindy took us in and treated us as she would want her parents to be treated, she kept us on track to find our forever home that was move in ready, safe and efficient.
