I recently purchased a home in the historic Riverside District in Jacksonville FL with Cindy's help & guidance. She found me a home in my ideal dream neighborhood that was perfect for my needs! Being a single first time home buyer Cindy walked me through the entire process from start to finish, was always very thorough and patient with me, treating me like family along the way and always worked with my best interest in mind. Her years of experience in the Real Estate industry along with a back ground in architectural design proved to be invaluable in negotiating the contract. She really knows what to look for and was able to get me a great deal with seller concessions on a new HVAC system and managed the installation of the system as well! She really went above & beyond for me & I'm really thankful she did!! I would recommend her to anyone buying a home in the Jacksonville area but would especially recommend her to anyone wanting to buy in any of the our historic districts.
