Cindy was recommended by USAA (realtor rewards network) and I couldn't have been happier with my experience. She staged my house beautifully and was able to get my house sold in a short time frame. She went above and beyond my expectations with the staging. She went shopping with me for landscaping and then spent the afternoon planting. She had multiple open houses and made a beautiful flyer which resulted in daily showings. Thanks to Cindy my house was also featured in the local newspaper in riverside/Avondale. She priced my house perfectly and I was able to close on my house within 60 days. Cindy was always a phone call away and even though she had multiple listings she was always available for any questions I had. Cindy was the perfect realtor to sell my house. I highly recommend her especially in the Riverside/Avondale area.
