We recently purchased an investment property in Florida with Cindy’s help. This transaction could easily have fallen apart and been extremely unpleasant if not for Cindy. The seller was unstable, at times indifferent, very disorganized, and uncooperative. To make matters worse, the escrow agent was incompetent and complicated matters. Cindy with her wise counsel, calm demeanor, and positive attitude navigated the experience with purpose and professionalism. She shielded us from many unnecessary drama that happened behind the scenes also. We have never worked with an agent who is this communicative, prompt, and solution-focused. She is now our property manager and we cannot be more pleased with her work. We love working with her.
