We recently purchased an investment property in Florida with Cindy’s help. This transaction could easily have fallen apart and been extremely unpleasant if not for Cindy. The seller was unstable, at times indifferent, very disorganized, and uncooperative. To make matters worse, the escrow agent was incompetent and complicated matters.
