If you engage Cindy as a buyer (not a seller) she will act as your representative, she will be on your side of the table. She will look out for your interest and call out the sellers and their agents as needed. That's not all that common in the world of realty.
Cindy is great. She has presented me with many absolutely wonderful opportunities for investment. She has always kept things accurate, recorded with either email or texts. My partners met her only briefly and were impressed with her knowledge and professionalism. We all are very comfortable with her suggestions on properties.
Cindy has 3 properties for sale and sold 13 properties in the last 12 months, showing 4, sorted by most recent activity
