This is the fourth property my family has sold or bought through Cindy. We've been extremely satisfied every time. She is always available to answer any questions and address any issues with grace and professionalism that arise during the buying and selling processes.

I really enjoyed working with Cindy & Joe Coakley. They were referred by a friend & were very responsive to my initial inquiry. While they primarily know the Eastside Area, they were still knowledgeable about South Snohomish County. Without Cindy's prodding, I'm sure it would have taken much longer to get the house on the market. I was selling a rental & she made economical suggestions on how to spruce things up. She also had to deal with the tenants who were not very cooperative about showing the house, but she managed to find a buyer. Despite some obstacles along the way, the house closed before my deadline. I'm very happy with their service & will probably use them to sell my house as I downsize in the next year or so. I definitely would recommend them.
