Cindy was stellar in helping us downsize from our home of over 30 years into another beautiful home suited to our needs. She listened to what we wanted. Timeline, budget, location, and what we needed to get out of the sale of our home. Amazingly, through people she knew, found us a place that checked off the majority of the boxes. We hadn't even listed our home yet, but she encouraged us to make a contingent offer with confidence that she could list and sell our home to make the offer strong. The offer was accepted even though there were multiple offers. When it came to selling our home, she recommended some things to do to make it "show" better. It must have worked as we had multiple offers after the first weekend of Open Houses and we accepted an offer that was above our list price six days after listing it. She was also helpful in keeping us educated about the process. I would highly recommend Cindy for her professionalism as well as the ease in the whole transaction.

Cindy was a wonderful agent to work work, and I was able to work with her for some time. She is knowledgeable, accommodating, and positive. The market is so competitive right now, so I was having trouble competing and ended up looking and making offers for over a year before actually closing on my new home. Cindy stayed positive and helpful for me throughout the whole process. She was always able to give me advice based on the market, without pushing what I was comfortable with.
