Most recently Cindy was our agent for a single-family home purchase. I could not recommend anyone more highly!! Cindy was insightful, knowledgeable, quick to respond, and very helpful! She was available when needed and always worked hard for our benefit. She helped us to know what items (such as repairs or changes to the home) were reasonable to expect, what items were necessary, and what items we would have a hard time getting. Then she presented and advocated for whatever we wanted. She saved us money and was spectacular in guiding us through the whole process. She thought of many aspects of the process that we hadn't thought of and pointed us in the right direction. Cindy goes above and beyond, even after the closing! Cindy has also helped my husband and I with advice about improvements to increase home value and also suggested selling price. Cindy is an incredible asset whether buying or selling! Her knowledge, experience, personality, and expertise are unmatched!

I have had multiple excellent experiences with Cindy in the past. This time around, for reasons that are not important here (and have nothing to do with Cindy), we decided to use someone else to help us sell our home. That was a mistake. The experience with the other realtor was not at all productive and, when that contract ended, I went back to Cindy. Should have done that in the first place! She always gives excellent advice. Her instincts are right on target, as they are backed up by years of experience. She is always professional, personable, responsive, and fair. She follows up. Cindy is now and forever my go-to realtor. Anyone would do well to use her.
