Our move was totally handled by Cindy Chew as she both listed and sold our residential property. First, her analysis of the market and comps in the area were very comprehensive. Her responsiveness and professionalism were true assets in enabling us to complete the purchase of our new Chicago area home and then focus on the complex moving process. She was encouraging and genuinely supportive during every step of the process. Bottomline, Cindy is a true professional and performs her role as a true partner in the complete process. She also assisted us in locating additional support (notary, estate sale connections, etc.) when needed. Her work is highly respected within all aspects of the realty process and she is highly effective in coordinating every phase. We felt like we always got priority treatment from her, and as an added bonus, she does not hand off part of the process to her staff. We think this is a preferred approach for either the seller or buyer, regardless of the role she assists you. You will not be disappointed to have her on your team.
