I often refer to Cindy as my emotional support realtor. She is so kind and empathetic, and really understands all of the worries that come up when you are trying to sell a house. She was careful to explain things to me ahead of time, so I was never surprised about the next steps. Whenever I ran into issues (real or perceived) she was always available to talk things through, and always volunteered to help or go the extra mile for me. I never felt pressured. Cindy explains the pros and cons of each decision, and will patiently answer questions without trying to push you in a particular direction. I really cannot recommend her highly enough, and I will certainly go to her the next time I need a realtor.
