As first time homebuyers, we expected our experience to be stressful and overwhelming. However, with Cindy as our real estate agent, she made our experience seamless and less daunting. Cindy is professional, experienced in her field, and very patient. What we really liked about her is she took the time to explain to us all the real estate jargon and helped us understand how the home buying process works. She communicated well to us and checked in if we had any questions or concerns. She was there to answer our questions even after we bought our home. We hope to work with her in the future when the need arises.
