We literally had a “Mission Impossible” house hunt happening, with a two week timeline to get it all done, one of us was out of town the whole time, the other could only view listings on two days, in the middle of the hot 2023 summer housing market, and yet Cindy made it happen. It took a huge amount of work on her part, as she searched for homes with our criterion, sent them to us to analyze, made videos of houses, and kept sending new suggestions because the market was so smoking hot, homes were constantly going under contract before we could even get an offer in, organizing two full days of visiting listings, and effectively coordinating sharing information with our group. Her work ethic speaks for itself. She clearly is organized, experienced, professional, and knowledgeable enough to juggle our needs with all her other clients under those conditions. In addition, she has assembled a crack team of people over time with above average competency, who can work under pressure with her. The Stewart Title people and her home inspector Mark Lauria were superb, as was her Keller Williams Transaction Coordinator, Wendy Holder. Cindy’s advice was always excellent, as only one with the kind of knowledge gleaned from paying close attention while working over time in the crucible that is the greater Orlando area real estate trenches, can acquire and utilize.
