Cindy Birge

We moved to Florida from Pennsylvania in a whirlwind process starting on Thanksgiving and ending in early January. Cindy made the process nearly foolproof. She and her husband (also a realtor) went out of their way to help us, starting with setting aside an entire day during our scouting trip to see 7 houses--going so far as pulling off the side of the road to point out useful and interesting information to help us decide which area was best for us. It was obvious from the start that Cindy knew the area inside and out--I was worried about not knowing what to look for since all my real estate experience is in PA, and FL is certainly different. Cindy pointed out all the things I needed to pay attention to and answered all the questions we had. Once we decided on a house to make an offer on, Cindy's expertise and relationship with the other agent made the process go smoothly. She was flexible and responsive during the entire process, and stayed on top of everyone involved to ensure things went well. She even had a cleaning crew go through the house before we moved in, and was ready with recommendations for any contractors we could think to ask for. She is friendly, knowledgeable, and someone I would trust with future real estate transactions.
