Cindy coordinated multiple contractors (10+) to make repairs and improvements that got the house in perfect condition to sell and after home inspection. She met with all the contractors at the house for me and spent many hours with them on site. She even dealt with issues with the HOA and personally went to the county to submit permits that needed to get done prior to listing.
