Cindy was absolutely the best. We listed our house with Cindy while purchasing and moving into our new house. She brought us market comparisons ( our house was unlike others in current market so hard to find comparable listings) and priced our house perfectly to bring in the most potential buyers as possible. We had moved out so it was much easier for us to clean and prep the house. She made numerous suggestions to make the house show better. Little fixes and touchups and even came to help us do last minute cleaning and touch ups. She scheduled a home staging professional to help our house show even better. She provided excellent advice and stayed in contact about other similar houses selling and the things we could do to make our house show better. Cindy was and is very professional and guided us throughout the process, answering every question we had for her. ( and we had many as this was an unplanned purchase not on our radar, so listing our home happened rapidly!) She pushed us and helped us in so many ways to make our selling experience go very smoothly. Cindy knows the market, knows what needs to be done to sell a house and if you take her advice, you will have a successful sale ( or purchase). We would absolutely recommend using Cindy and if needed in the future would absolutely utilize her knowledge and expertise again!
