I first met Cindy in 2015 when she helped my family to purchase our home. We were moving to Florida from out of state and needed an experienced and credible realtor to help us navigate the unfamiliar US real estate market as this was also our first home purchase in the country. Even at that time, her sterling qualities as a realtor and as a person stood out! She diligently answered all our inquiries (we had plenty!), responded timely to phone calls and emails, and provided excellent guidance which helped us narrow our choice to the beautiful home we eventually purchased. Fast forward to 2019, and it was a no brainer as to whom to call when we needed to sell our home as we were moving out of state again. As expected, Cindy hit the ground running immediately we contacted her about our plans. She came prepared with comparative sales data and marketing plans to sell our home. She also helped us stage the house and brought her own photographer to take the pictures! She listed our home in multiple listing sites including one that provided us with a daily report on the performance of the listing. Most importantly, when our home went under contract soon after the listing, Cindy ensured a smooth process until closing. As we had moved out of state at this time, Cindy coordinated with the attorney and the buyers’ representatives to ensure that the closing went according to plan! She even went above and beyond to schedule multiple trips to our home for people who purchased the furniture we left in the house. As with our initial experience with her, Cindy brought her wealth of experience to bear in the entire sale process, responded in a timely manner to phone calls and emails, and followed up quickly on any loose ends that arose during the entire process. Just purchased my first home with Cindy. WOW what an experience. I like things done right and fast and Cindy was on that same pace! I could text her at any point throughout the day and get an answer. Would HIGHLY recommend to everyone who needs a realtor. In a market where everyone is a realtor, be careful of people who just want to look cool and earn their commission instead of working with you and getting you the best deal. I wish there was a place to put 10 stars. Cindy had an open house right after I listed and got it sold immediately! She worked hard through some difficult issues and totally had my back from start to finish. She’s not only knowledgeable and smart, she’s funny and takes away a lot of the stress of selling a home. She is awesome.
