We have now bought and sold two home with Mark and Cindy Baglietto. Most recently they helped us sell our home in Texas so that we could move out of state. After a bad experience with another agent and being on the market for weeks with no traction, we called Mark and Cindy. We explained the situation and how important and stressful this move was for our family, and they took over from there. They brought in a designer to help stage the home, a pro photographer and videographer to take photos and make a drone fly-through video, created a website for our sell and printed brochures. Unfortunately none of them ever got passed out because the home sold IN FOUR DAYS! We were thrilled with our experience, and how they made the whole process work for our specific needs. They even helped us find, hire and schedule all the techs and contractors to make needed repairs. In 2009 I was introduced to Mark & Cindy Baglietto. During a very difficult time in the market they sold my home and I received very close to our asking price.
