Like every buyer, we are all looking for a specific house. My wife and I shared our needs and wants and Cindy did her magic. She was knowledgeable in every property she showed us and each one of them met our needs. She also was very clear and advised us if there were items that needed to be address before closing. She is totally committed to the buyer. Once we found a home that met our needs and wants, she went back and forth with the buyer and negotiated a price that we were extremely comfortable with. I started my search for a retirement home by contacting 3 real estate agents in my locale of interest. After we met her and describing what we were looking for she was very influential about what she had to offer. After the first day of looking at many condo's we were undecided and then she had one more that we could look at only on the next day and there were a few more on that day. At the end of that second day we had made an offer on the first one that we looked at on the second day which we knew that this is what we were looking for.
