Cindi Lee was great to work with. She kept in touch while we were trying to figure out our timelines and then was extremely helpful and accommodating when we started looking in earnest. She was great at helping us as well as working with other agents to get details about what was and wasn't working with various offers (something that would otherwise have involved tea leaves and crystal balls in the current housing market). Where do I begin? I've taken so long to write this because I tend to write journal style when writing from the heart. If you have met Cindi Lee you then know it’s impossible not to have plenty to say. I'm on overload on my appreciation with the quality of services she provided me. My experience was simple as the feel of 5 family working together to make a huge decision... mind you not I'm only a family of 4. Cindi is an industry expert. Her response times surpassed all my expectations any day or time of the week. Once I needed a time sensitive document and immediately after receiving my text, she pulled over to the side of the road to deliver it. When I had questions about a home or needed her to generate some files, even though she was on vacation she pulled out her laptop and got me exactly what I needed. We ultimately closed on this home and the process was smooth. An absolute pleasure to work with.
