Cindi Hagley is a California licensed real estate broker and has been interviewed by and/or featured on ABC News 20/20, Bloomberg News, The Wall Street Journal, The CBS Evening News, FOX News, Market Watch, Coast to Coast Radio, Clear Channel Radio, The San Francisco Chronicle, and other international, national, regional, and local media. She is known for her humor and compassion. Hagley is the founder of Past Life Homes, and a foremost authority on the marketing and sale of stigmatized properties throughout the United States. In real estate, stigmatized property is property which buyers or tenants may shun for reasons that are unrelated to its physical condition of the home. These can include death of an occupant, murder, suicide, and/or the belief that the home is haunted or is the site of paranormal activity. Disclosure laws vary state to state, and Hagley is a big believer in disclosing all facts relating to the stigma, whether required by law or not. Hagley also believes that properly marketed, a stigmatized home does not need to sell for less than market value. Cindi Hagley was born and raised in Appalachia, and at age 10 she announced to her family that she was moving to the West Coast to work in television. It was a huge goal for a young girl who came from a family whose members never graduated high school – let alone go to college. “I have no idea where that idea came from. I come from a family of farmers, miners, and railroad workers. But they supported me, and that goal became a reality.” She resigned from Disney/ABC in 2006. Hagley attended The University of Akron, putting herself through school by working as on-air talent at a local radio station. She moved to the Bay Area in 1990 and enjoyed a successful career as a television executive, before leaving to pursue her real estate career. Hagley credits her success in real estate with her broadcast sales training. “I’ve negotiated everything from the Super Bowl, to the Academy Awards, to New York Yankees Baseball with Fortune 500 Companies,” she says. ”The stakes are higher in real estate. My clients are trusting me with what is quite often the single largest asset they will ever own. That’s a lot of money, a lot of trust, and a lot of passion on my part to outperform my competitors and deliver a superior experience to my clients. If I don’t exceed expectations, then I have not done my job.” In her spare time, she enjoys playing guitar and fiddle and performing with her band. She loves to hike, kayak, golf, and explore the world with family and friends. A portion of Hagley’s income is donated to local non-profit organizations, where she frequently volunteers.

Excellent!

Very few of us buy home on a regular basis. It's stressful and complicated. So, it was very important we had the correct real estate agent when we sold our home. Cindy is very confident, she took charge and made the entire process seem simple with constant communication via phone and e-mail. She not only helped us stage our home correctly, she negotiated a better selling price!! Not a question, we will us Cindy again and recommend her to our friends and family.

We were really under the gun to sell & buy...

We were really under the gun to sell & buy a house within a one month timeframe. I can't believe Cindy made that possible. She gave excellent advice on what we needed to do to present our house for sale without us having to "break the bank." She efficiently negotiated with the sellers of the townhouse we bought. Together we set outcome goals and timelines and we met everyone. She lowered our stressors tremendously which grace and courtousy. We are very happy with our purchase and we feel we have made a good friend in the process. Hats off to Cindy Hagley.
