The property Cindi sold for us had been on the market several times over the last 12 years - never had an offer. I was unsure if we would be successful but the effort Cindi & Janet put forth to market the property was far and away the best we had experienced. After doing a competitive market analysis she suggested a list price higher than I anticipated. It seems like we had an interested party in 2-3 weeks and they closed on the property this month. I cannot recommend Cindi strongly enough.

We had tenants in our home for two years. Cindi took the time to go stage the house for the tenants so it would show well. Cindi had to be very creative with dealing with the tenants to arrange showings. She did this with complete professionalism. I highly recommend her if you want to sell your home in a timely manner. She will even set you up with professional repair personal if your home needs any maintenance before you sell. She was great in advising us throughout the entire process. We will continue to use Cindi on any and every future property.

Cindi stays in touch . Returns your calls. If she does not no the answer to something she will find out and gets back with you in a timely manner .
