She is very knowledgeable about the area (neighborhoods included, knows what is nearby, has a real grasp of the area)), has a top-notch knowledge of the entire process from start to finish, she responds immediately to a text or email (I rarely called her because I know how busy she is), and she is top of the class for negotiating. She actually texted me at midnight asking me to call her (knowing I'm a night person) when she received a piece of information. She is excellent on telling the client how to prep their house for sale -- knows what works and what doesn't, she communicates with the client constantly, she knows how to show a home very well, even if it's not perfect. She has contacts for every sort of vendor you might need in the process of buying or selling. I could not recommend her more highly. Over the years, Cindi purchased three times for me and sold twice, and provided necessary information on a third sale. She most recently sold a home for me, and completed everything after I had already moved across the country. Was as smooth as could be.
